Earnings Disclaimer

Last updated: October 8, 2026

The short version: Basket Hours: The Course is a $29 educational course. It is not a business opportunity, and it does not come with any promise of income. Most people who buy a how-to course like this one do not earn much money from it, and many earn nothing at all. The dollar figures you see on our pages describe what specific people say they did. They are not what you should expect to make.

1. Who this applies to

This Earnings Disclaimer covers getthebasketmethod.com (the "Site"), every product sold on it, and all of our advertising, emails, and social media content. Those products are Basket Hours: The Course and its add-ons (the "Products"). The Site is operated by CtrAlt Consult Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). This disclaimer forms part of our Terms of Service, and section 12 of those Terms says the same thing in shorter form.

2. No guarantee of income

We make no promise, guarantee, or representation that you will make any money, or any particular amount of money, by buying or using the Products. We do not guarantee sales, orders, clients, profit, or that you will recover what you spend on the course or on supplies.

What you earn depends on things we do not control and cannot predict for any individual, including:

  • how much time and effort you put in, and how consistently
  • your skills, design ability, and prior business or sales experience
  • the prices you charge and what your supplies cost you
  • demand, competition, and income levels in your local area
  • your existing network and how well you market yourself
  • local laws, licensing, food-handling rules, and taxes
  • seasonality, the economy, and plain luck

3. Typical results

We do not collect income data from our customers, so we cannot tell you what the average or typical buyer earns. What we can tell you is that many people who buy the course never finish it, and many never sell a basket. You should assume that your results may be zero.

Starting any business carries risk. You will usually need to spend money on supplies before you sell anything, and you may lose that money. Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose.

4. Testimonials, stories, and examples

Our sales pages, articles, and ads include customer testimonials and stories that mention dollar amounts, such as what someone earned in a month or over a few weeks. Please read them with these points in mind:

  • They are not typical. We chose them because they are among the stronger outcomes. They are not an average and they do not predict your results.
  • They are self-reported. Figures come from what the person told us. We have not independently verified or audited them. A figure shows that person's revenue over their own timeframe, not their profit, and it does not subtract supplies, fees, time, or taxes.
  • Some are illustrative. Some stories, including the editorial-style articles on this Site, are dramatized or composite accounts that bring together the experiences of several people. They show how the method can work. They do not describe a single verified person. Names and photos may be changed or may be stock or representative images, to protect privacy.
  • Some people receive something in return. Where a person featured received free products, payment, or another benefit in exchange for their testimonial, we aim to disclose it.

5. Prices, timelines, and calculations

Where we show example basket prices, supply costs, hours per week, or income ranges (for example, what a certain number of baskets at a certain price would add up to), these are hypothetical illustrations of the arithmetic. They are not estimates or projections of what you will earn. Many people will not sell at those prices, at that volume, or within that timeframe.

6. Forward-looking statements

Any statement on the Site about what you "could," "can," or "will" achieve is aspirational and forward-looking. Those statements involve risks and uncertainties, and actual results may differ materially from them.

7. Educational use only, not professional advice

The Products teach a method. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or food-safety advice. Before you start selling, check the business registration, sales tax, cottage-food, labelling, and insurance rules where you live, and speak to a qualified professional where needed.

8. Your responsibility

By buying or using the Products, you accept that you are responsible for your own decisions and results, and that we are not liable for any business or financial decision you make based on our content. The full terms on liability are in our Terms of Service.

9. Our refund policy

If the course is not right for you, our Refund Policy explains our 45-day money-back guarantee and its conditions. The refund is the only guarantee we make. We do not guarantee income.
